Arthur F. Licata has been practicing law in the field of personal injury litigation for 29 years. He was board certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1992.
In 1996, in a case of first impression, he won a landmark decision before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Tobin v. Norwood Country Club. The court held that commercial liquor establishments can be liable for the indirect serving of alcohol to minors through adult purchasers.
In 1995, he was a delegate to the White House Conference on Trade and Investment in Central Europe.
